Advancing BCI’s organisational quality is an immense project in itself – requiring constant adaptation and ongoing pursuit of clarity on how to achieve our vision and mission as the world changes around us. Attempting to function well as a family, rather than as a corporate hierarchy requires a lot of communication. We are committed to seeing this approach work, because we believe strongly in the model.
