Support Services

 

Our Support Services team consists of local and expat professionals who work to support the organisation through Personnel, Finance, Administration and Information Technology.

  • Personnel: Our personnel team looks to care for the people in our organisation. There are two focuses of the team – personnel administration and personnel care. Personnel administration oversee the policies, processes (recruitment, placement, development and training and evaluation) and payroll relating to all personnel. Personnel care provides and organises pastoral care, counselling and retreats for all our members
  • Finance: Our finance team provides reporting and analysis to assist the organisation in its resource allocation and to maintain accurate and transparent records for our external stakeholders (donors and government)
  • Administration: Our administration team helps our people with general logistics – everything from booking travel and lodging, vehicle registrations, and securing visas.
  • Information Technology: Our IT team operates a help-desk and services our system development, maintenance and repair requirements
